DVSA - Driver Examiners
The DVSA is recruiting now for Driver Examiners (£26k pa). You must be +23 years, have held a driving licence for +3 years and have no more than 3 penalty points. They are encouraging more applications from underrepresented groups in particular (BAME, women, disabled people, LGBTQ+).

Be Assertive
If you find it hard to say "No", stand your ground in a confrontation or make your point come across well in a situation, our Be Assertive workshop can help with techniques and strategies to help you overcome the reasons for you not standing up for yourself.
We will help you to learn what assertiveness is and understand how improving your self-esteem and developing positive beliefs can benefit your ability to be assertive.
You will be:
-Defining what assertiveness is and how it differs from passive aggressive and manipulative behaviour

Age Positive
This course runs as a series of supportive workshops and one-to-one coaching sessions to explore fresh ideas about job seeking in the modern labour market. You will look at the benefits that being over 40 can bring to your jobs or volunteering and recognise the skills that you already have to help overcome any workplace negativity.

This module is delivered online and runs from 1pm - 3pm on Tuesday 2nd March.
The Leadership & Management modules are designed for those wanting to progress to a leadership role. The module focuses on the qualities of an effective employee and leader, leadership styles, techniques to motivate yourself and others and and managing change in the workplace.
Module 2 focuses on Unconscious bias and equality in the workplace.

Module 3 focuses on managing developmental transitional & transformational changes in the workplace.

Marketing - Module 2
This module is delivered online and runs from 1pm -3pm on Wednesday 3rd March.
The Marketing modules are designed for those wanting to understand and learn techniques for reaching customers, recognising buying behaviours and recognising different types of customers.
Module 2 focuses on types of customers and buying personas.
