2.5hrx3 sessions.

Learn self-care and wellbeing strategies that can be used by you or others to help in these tough times includes relaxation, stress management, support, wellbeing and self awareness. This course is suitable for all and the tutor is welcoming and supportive.

This course is free for anyone over the age of 19 who is not in work or earning less than £17,004. There are only 11 spaces so a waiting list will be in operation for any enrolments above this. The course is being run via Zoom so a suitable device and internet connection will be required. If this causes a problem for you, please let us know and we may be able to help you.
